Jacob and Micah Brooks are the passionate co-founders of Leading in Faith, a nonprofit organization based in Saraland, Alabama, dedicated to guiding adolescents and their families toward personal growth, spiritual grounding, and emotional resilience.

Their journey began with individual callings—Jacob’s in Louisiana nearly a decade ago, where he stepped into mentorship and youth ministry, and Micah’s as a teenager, when early volunteer experiences ignited her heart for service. Together, they launched Leading in Faith as a shared vision: to create safe, empowering spaces where young people and families can thrive—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
